I remember watching the made-for-tv movie of this, when I was very little. It was one of my first introductions into UFOs.
These are the actual hypnosis-session recordings. The audio is obviously old and deteriorated, so it's a little hard to hear, but worth it if you're interested.

I can't listen to those alone at night, they scare the crap out of me.
I totally hear that. I can handle some stuff at night, alone, but Ive had to shut a few things off before.
