Catching 22 in the Field of UFOs

Ignoring the photo in question, there is a point in the following article which I found interesting:

"UFO sceptics and debunkers have created a catch-22, either a UFO is a blurry blob and then the comment will be made as to why those filming these objects can never hold their camera still. If it is too clear it will immediately be dismissed as computer generated graphics. Their pre-conceived ideas that humans alone populate the universe inform the outcome of any investigation."
